A Month End Closing Cadence is established for each of our clients. With a closing date established, we are able to plan the proper timeline to prepare the deliverables.
Normally, these are scheduled close to the 10th of each month. However, we also take into consideration our client's internal processes and turn around time. We then set the monthly cadence at a later date to give our clients enough time to submit receipts or provide additional information that we need to close their books and update the schedules.
Sharing of information between PIKOHANA and our clients is the main agenda of the monthly cadence. We discuss our deliverables and resolve any issues we may have encountered.
If the closing reporting cadence falls on a Public Holiday or a weekend, the reporting will be scheduled for the next business day.
